Background
Friendly Bees will begin providing beehive products on-line from the summer of 2005. It is our mission to bring natural health and happiness to our friendly customers with the help of our busy but friendly bees. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to follow a beekeeping practice reasonably close to Rudolf Steiner’s principles of biodynamic farming.

Paul Scutt serves as Friendly Bees founder and tallest worker while Georgia Fremon, at age nine, makes up for her size with her boundless curiosity and enthusiasm. The approaching half million other workers exceed even Georgia in their dedication and industrious endeavours.

Approximately 300,000 employees (many seasonal) organised in six healthy colonies with each colony residing in and maintaining its own friendly beehive (we are thinking of giving the hives individual names - any suggestions?)
All bees enjoy the hospitality of Snipes Farm, Morrisville, and the freedom of the orchards thanks to the generosity of Jonathan Snipes and Susan Snipes-Wells, our neighbours and good friends.
